RCHS Coach Garry Bender honored with regional award

Raider wrestling coach Garry Bender has been named 2006 Sectional Coach of the Year for the Mideast Section by the National Federation of State High School Associations.  The Mideast Section includes the states of Delaware, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Coach Bender is now in the running for the National Coach of the Year which will be announced in March.
